Ingredients:

35 Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 1/2 t Seasoning Salt
1/4 t Paprika
1/4 t Thyme
1/4 t Mixed Herbs
1/8 t Black Pepper

Directions:

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Half cup of mix covers approximately 1lb of chicken. Moisten chicken with milk or eggs and roll in coating mix.
