Cheeseburger Ring

Ingredients:

1/4 C Onion, chopped
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/4 C Ketchup
2 tsp Mustard
9 slices Processed Cheese
16 oz Crescent Roll Dough
16 Pickle Slices
2 C Shredded Lettuce
3 Plum Tomatoes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Chop onion. Cook ground beef and onion until done; drain. Add ketchup, mustard, and 5 cheese slices. Cook until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the centre and points towards the outside. A 5″ opening in the middle should be left.

Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Top each scoop with a pickle. Bring point of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at centre of ring. Bake 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Slice each of remaing cheese slices diagonally to form 4 trianlges (16) and place over top of ring. Shred lettuce and fill centre of ring. Slice tomates and arrange around outside of ring. Slice ring and serve with condiments if desired.


Mushroom Puffs

Ingredients:

4 oz Cream Cheese
4 oz Cooked Mushrooms
1 T Onion, chopped
1/8 t Tobasco Sauce
1T Parsley Flakes
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1 tube Crescent Roll Dough

Directions:

Combine first six ingredients in a food processor until blended. Unroll dough and press to seal perforations. Cut into four rectangles and spread with mixture.

Roll up length wise and cut into swirls with thread. Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.


Pepperoni Pizza Twist

Ingredients:

4 oz Perpperoni, chopped
1/4 C Parsley, chopped
1/2 C Black Olives, chopped
4 oz Mozzarella
2 T All Purpose Flour
1 clove Garlic
1 pkg Pizza Crust
1 t Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 oz Grated Parmesian
1 can Pizza Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Press garlic, chop pepperoni, parsley, and olives; combine with mozzarella, and flour. Mix well.

Unroll pizza dough and gently stretch length and width wise. Cut in half length wise. Spoon half of mixture onto one half of dough and the rest onto the other half. Gather edges of dough length wise and pinch firmly to seal, forming two long loaves.

Place loaves, seam side down, in an x on a cookie sheet. Criss cross ends of dough to form a twist. Paint with egg white, sprinkle with italian seasoning and parmesian. Cut slits in top of twist to reveal filling.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until deep golden brown. Slice and serve warm with pizza sauce as dip.


Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

10 slices Bacon
10 oz pkg Frozen Spinach, drained
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/3 C Green Onions, chopped
1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Black Pepper
1/4 t Garlic Powder

Directions:

Cook bacon and drain. Crumble and set aside. In a saucepan cook and stir spinach, cream cheese, and green onions until cheese has melted. Mix in bacon and remove from heat. Mix in mozzarella and spices until smooth. Place in hollowed bread bowl.


Nuts and Bolts

Ingredients:

1 lb margarine
2 C Oil
3 T Worcestorshire Sauce
1 1/2 t Tobasco Sauce
2 t Celery Salt
1 T Paprika
3/4 t Garlic Powder
1 t Onion Powder
2 T Seasoning Salt
Cereal
Mixed Nuts

Directions:

Melt margarine and combine with oil, worcestershire sauce, and tobasco sauce. In a shaker combine celery salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning salt.

In a large roaster combine 365g Crispix, 500g Mini Ritz, 170g Bugles, 200g Cheerios, 180g Corn Pops, and 375g Life Cereal. Spoon 2 or 3 ladle fulls of sauce over cereal and then sprinkle with 1/3 spice mixture. Stir well.

Continue alternating sauce and spices and stirring. Bake uncovered at 200 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add nuts if desired.


Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

1 pkg Egg Roll Wrapers
2 large Onions
2 C Celery
1 1/2 C Bean Sprouts
1 C Mushrooms
S & P to Taste

Directions:

Cut meat into small pieces and cook thoroughly. Combine other ingredients and stir fry until veggies are no longer crisp. Place mixture on egg roll wrapers and wrap. Wet edge to seal.

Deep fry until golden brown.


Crab Dip

Ingredients:

1/2 C Miracle Whip
1/2 C Ranch Salad Dressing
1/2 lb Crab Meat

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Can be stuffed in vegetables, spread on crackers, or used as dip. Makes 2 cups.
