Ingredients:
1/2 lb Ground Pork
1 t Oil
1 t Red Wine Vinegar
2 t Soy Sauce
2 T Water Chestnut, chopped
1 Egg
1/3 t Sugar
Dash Pepper
1/4 C Green Onion
Won Ton Wrapers
Directions:
Cook pork until browned. Combine all ingredients except green onion. Place 1/2 t mixture on won ton wrapers and seal with hot water.
Boil won tons until they float. Remove and drain. Make homemade chicken stock or use broth or cubes. Add won tons and garnish with green onions.
