Ingredients:
1 1/2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
All Purpose Flour
Directions:
Place baking powder and salt in a 1 C measuring cup and fill to the top with all purpose flour. Makes 1 C.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Place baking powder and salt in a 1 C measuring cup and fill to the top with all purpose flour. Makes 1 C.

Ingredients:
1 C Whipping Cream
1/4 C Sugar
1/2 t Vanilla
Directions:
Chill mixing bowl in freezer for 5 minutes. Take whipping cream from fridge and add sugar and vanilla. Whip, scraping the bowl, until stiff peaks form.

Ingredients:
4 L Milk, clabbered
1 C Sour Cream
1/2 t Sugar
1/2 t Miracle Whip
Pinch Salt
Directions:
Bring milk slowly to a boil. Boil for 5-10 minutes, just until curds are firm, not rubbery. Drain immediately through a sieve and run lots of cold water through the curds.
Use your hands and squeeze the water out several times until the water runs clear and smells clean.
To cream: add 1 C of sour cream, a little salt to taste, 1/2 t sugar and 1/2 t miracle whip.

Ingredients:
1/4 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Cream of Tartar
Directions:
Mix baking soda and cream of tartar together. Equals 1 t of baking powder.

Ingredients:
1/2 C Tomato Sauce
2 T Sugar
1 T Vinegar
1/2 t Ground Cloves
1/2 t Ground Allspice
Directions:
Combine ingredients to equal 1/2 C of ketchup.

Ingredients:
1 C Vegetable Shortening
1/2 t Salt
Directions:
Combine ingredients to equal 1 cup butter or margarine.

Ingredients:
3/4 C Milk
1/3 C Melted Butter
Directions:
Combine milk and butter. Equals 1 C heavy cream. Not for whipping.
